MLESAT's Satellites-On-Line service is now providing comprehensive information on present and future communications satellites that can be downloaded right to your computer desktop. Each month, MLESAT's Satellites-On-Line service features new regional analog and digital TV transponder reports, new satellite system reports and revisions to our SATELLITES ON DISC LIBRARY available for downloading to your computer desktop.
The updates are in the form of replacement web pages, graphics, and charts for the SATELLITES ON DISC LIBRARY, all of which can be downloaded off the Internet to upgrade the original version of our software. What’s more, Satellites-On-Line delivers expanded Subscriber's Editions of MLE’s SATCOM Digest, an electronic newsletter which keeps you abreast of breaking news relating to global satellite communications technology. Satellites-On-Line also provides complete on-line access to the LIBRARY for those who choose to download the Library from this web site rather than purchase it on disk.
All updates to the SATELLITES ON DISC LIBRARY are available in two formats: 1) a single monthly “set-up.exe” file which the subscriber can download and install onto their hard disks in a single streamlined operation (IBM users only); and 2) a "What's New" index page linked to all newly revised web pages and graphics that the subscriber can both browse on line AND download using Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. The downloaded files are then saved to the appropriate locations in the main MLE_Sat folder on your computer's hard disk. What Does the new Satellites-On-Line service cost?
The Satellites-On-Line service--available for a limited time only at just $59.95 for the first year--includes complete on-line access to the SATELLITES ON DISC Library (click on the MLESAT "Demo" folder which appears at the bottom of this page for further information on this product).
How Do I sign up?
Go to the order form located at the bottom of this page. IMPORTANT: you must include your complete e-mail address because it is an essential ingredient in the log-in to our web site’s secure. Subscriptions run for a one-year period beginning on the date that MLESAT delivers to you the required log-in details by e-mail.
How long will it take before I can access your service?
Our Satellites-On-Line service is available right now. You can submit the enclosed application at any time. MLESAT will set up your access particulars on the server and deliver the required log-in details to you by email. All orders must be pre-paid by check or credit card only; purchase orders will not be accepted for this service.
What restrictions apply?
Please review the licensing agreement which appears inside the demo folder at MLESAT. In addition to accepting the licensing agreement for the SATELLITES ON DISK Library, subscribers must also agree not to share their login and password with any other person or persons. If our Internet server detects two users attempting to access our secure area using the same password at the same time, we will delete that password from its master access list and you will no longer be able to access the secure area in future. Agreement to this stipulation is a requirement for any customer who wishes to subscribe to the Satellites-On-Line service.

End User Licensing Agreement
The html web pages and associated graphics files included in the Satellites On Disc Library and available from MLESat's Satellites-On-Line Library service (hereinafter called "the Software") are the intellectual property of publisher MLE INC, who retains the exclusive ownership and copyright. These materials are licensed to you under the following conditions:
License. You may use the Software on any compatible personal computer provided that the software, either in whole or in part, is used ONLY on one computer at a time. You may not sell, barter, trade, publish in a copyrighted publication, or otherwise commercially distribute the software, in whole or in part, in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the copyright owner. This Licensing Agreement automatically terminates in the event that the user fails to comply with all provisions of this Agreement. In the case of the Satellites-On-Line service, access to the password protected areas containing the Software will be immediately terminated and user will forfeit any remaining rights of access.Multiple Terminal License. Users who may wish to use the Software on multiple terminals, or to place the Software on an Intranet server must contact the copyright owner and pay a multiple terminal licensing fee prior to doing so. Limited Warranty. MLE INC. warrants the physical disks for the full version of the Satellites On Disc Library to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase. Provided that MLE receives written notice of any defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, MLE INC. will replace the defective Disks at its sole cost. Except as specifically outlined above, MLE INC. provides the Disc and software contents on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind concerning the accuracy or completeness of the software product. Neither MLE INC. nor its authorized resale agents shall be held responsible for any defect claims concerning virus contamination, possible errors, omissions or other inaccuracies or be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use this software product.
Modification. No party involved in the sale or distribution of this Software and/or On Line service is authorized to make any modification or addition to this Limited Warranty whatsoever.Ordering Requirements:
A one-year subscription to the Satellites-On-Line service is available, including on-line access to the Satellites On Disc Library, for US$ 59.95. Checks must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to MLE INC. Mastercard/Visa orders also accepted. Purchase Orders are NOT accepted for this product.
